Scotland’s freedom of information laws set a high bar. But too often public bodies don’t live up to the ambition.
The Scottish Government frequently pat themselves on the back about being a world leader. They also frequently ignore the loud criticism of the way FOI rules are being misused.
MSPs of all parties say the Government frustrate simple requests for information.
