One in 30 young Brits identify as lesbian, gay or bisexual



Around one in 30 young people in Britain identify themselves as lesbian, gay or bisexual, according to new figures.
Sky News tried to get Tories to sign £350m cheque for NHS – it didn’t go too well The stats are up from one in 38 in 2012, according to Office for National Statistics (ONS). The national average, when all age groups are considered, is around one in 60.
The 2015 figures also show that London is the region with the highest proportion of people identifying themselves as Lesbian, gay or bi (2.6%). The east of England has the lowest percentage (1.2%).
