Olympic hero Adam Peaty's Freedom of Derby ceremony date set
 

Olympic gold medal winner Adam Peaty will be handed the Freedom of Derby at a ceremony next Sunday.
The City of Derby broke a world record twice on his way to claiming his title at the Rio de Janeiro Games this summer.
Adam was part of the hugely successful Team GB that finished second in the medals table behind USA.
The 21-year-old won the men's 100m breaststroke in a world record time of 57.13s to beat South African Cameron Van Der Burgh and the USA's Cody Miller at the Games and added to this gold medal by taking silver in the 4x100m medley.
