Oil tanker driver dies following Ellesmere Port crash
 

A 40-year-old tanker driver has died following a fatal crash in Ellesmere Port yesterday.
The accident involving two oil tankers took place at around 1pm yesterday (October 6) on Oil Sites Road, near the Boat Museum.
The driver of one of the tankers from Leigh, Manchester, was taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital with serious injuries but later died.
Yesterday, a North West Ambulance Service spokesman confirmed a driver of one of the tankers had suffered a heart attack.
