Npower bill row sees Forest Hall couple overcharged by £1,249
 

A long-running dispute with Npower has ended with a refund of £1,249 to a customer after he asked for our help.
Allen Brown drafted us in after a three-year battle with the energy provider over inaccurate bills.
Npower blamed the problem on delays in receiving details of a new meter from its meter supplier.
The row started in April 2013 when Allen and his wife Kirsty moved into their new home at Forest Hall, North Tyneside, and decided to stick with the energy company because they had supplied the house before.
