Now we're all planning to find some winter sunshine: Holidaymakers defy Brexit concerns over fall in the pound 

Holidaymakers are shrugging off this year’s disappointing summer by booking trips to find winter sun.
Long-haul destinations such as Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Cuba and Sri Lanka have grown in popularity while trips to the Canary Islands, Cyprus and Cape Verde, off north west Africa, are also selling well.
Concerns that the fall in the pound following the Brexit vote on June 23 would deter people from going abroad have proven fruitless as Britons feed their growing appetite for winter sun.
