Novice runner completes Rutland Half-Marathon in aid of Prostate Cancer UK
 

0 Have your say A novice runner has raised more than £750 for charity after completing the Rutland Half Marathon.
Michael Sneath, 37, started training for the 13-mile race in December this year after his father-in-law was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Two weeks before the race, Michael’s final preparations were interrupted when he suffered a calf injury.
But he put the setback behind him to turn in a remarkable performance in the race on September 18. Michael’s wife Louise said family and friends were very proud of him.
