Notorious Hull man Bob Marley back on streets because no hostel will take him



A notorious criminal who has been homeless for 30 years is back on the streets again because no hostel or guesthouse in the county will take him in.
Lazarus Hassan, 54, who still prefers to be known by one his 34 other aliases, Bob Marley, was released from custody yesterday after spending four months on remand for breaching an antisocial behaviour order. He had 270 other convictions on his record.
After his previous release from jail on June 22, he arrived at a hostel in Westbourne Avenue, west Hull, at 4pm, and was drunk by 6.30pm.
