Not getting a good night's sleep could be linked to cancer
 

If your sleep is often disturbed then you may have more to worry about than dark circles in the morning.
If you do shift work or are jet lagged often, new research suggests you may be more at risk of developing cancer.
The study suggests that the poor sleeping patterns influence an important protein in our body that is linked to cancer.
“This appears to have big implications for the connection between circadian rhythms and cancer,” said biologist Katja Lamia, senior author of the study, led by biomedical scientists at The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI).
