North Wales victim of Alps coach fireball wins £1m-plus pay out for horrific burns injuries



A woman from Wrexham who was so badly burned in a coach crash in in the Alps has won a seven-figure payout.
Catrin Pugh, 22, was left with only the soles of her feet unburned after a fireball engulfed the coach she was travelling on in the French Alps in 2013 .
She was given just a one in 1,000 chance of survival after she was pulled from the wreck.
But now, after 200 operations and three months in an induced coma, she was won compensation for her devastating injuries and is rebuilding her life.
The exact amount of compensation has not been disclosed, but it runs into seven figures.
