Hidden up a side street in Conwy, Watson's Bistro is well worth seeking out.
It is slightly concealed in a verdant garden site with a lovely courtyard that backs on to the historic town walls itself.
Watson’s marries French bistro cooking with quality local ingredients. All of the food is homemade, from the chicken liver pâté, to the ox-cheek with “dirty carrots”.
