North Wales' 10 most expensive and cheapest homes sold in August
 

A stunning detached property with spectacular views over the Menai Strait and Snowdonia was the most expensive home sold in North Wales in August.
Pwll Crwn Mawr, Penmon, near Beaumaris, sold for £770,000 after initially going on the market for more than £800,000.
The property has five bedrooms, a detached gym, and came with four acres of land.
It was closely followed by Trwyn Cae Iago, which is situated in the Gwynedd village of Borth y Gest on edge of the River Glaslyn.
