North Liverpool dock streets and warehouses could be turned into new "creative quarter"



Ten rundown streets in Liverpool’s north docks could become the city’s next creative quarter under an ambitious new council masterplan.
The council wants to revolutionise the warehouses and dockside buildings in the streets between Costco, off Great Howard Street, and Stanley Dock.
And a report set to be approved by the council’s cabinet next week will recommend that the Ten Streets become a “Cultural Enterprise Industry Hub”.
