Norris Green woman was with miracle soldier when he was cured at Lourdes

A Norris Green woman who was with a soldier when he made a “miraculous” recovery at Lourdes was apparently cured of deafness at the same time.
John Jack Traynor, from Toxteth, was welcomed back by crowds in Liverpool in 1923 after a pilgrimage to the healing shrine cured him of the serious injuries he suffered in the First World War.
But the soldier was not the only Liverpool resident to be cured during his stay.
Crosby man Jack Moran revealed to the ECHO that a second miracle took place at the same time.
