‘Nightmare’ road closure in Branston threatens to ruin fund-raising event

Members of Rangemore and Tatenhill Women's Institute fear a 'nightmare' road closure will disrupt their plans for a huge fund-raising event that has been months in the making.
The group, which boasts more than 60 members, has been planning a 'tea and cake pop in' event at Tatenhill Village Hall for months. However, a five-week road closure from Branston to Tatenhill, which will see Branston Road closed and then realigned, is threatening to put a dampener on its efforts.
