Nico Rosberg edges out Mercedes title rival Lewis Hamilton in practice two ahead of Japanese Grand Prix 

Nico Rosberg survived a scare before topping both of the first two practice sessions for the Japanese Grand Prix.
The German's 1:32.250 saw him head Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton by less than a tenth of a second in the afternoon running at Suzuka.
But there was concern at the start of that second session for Rosberg when he stopped at the end of the pit-lane with smoke pouring out of the back of his car.
'A lot of smoke coming out of the back as I was stood there,' he said over team radio.
