Newcastle United would have to break record transfer fee for Coventry City Academy graduate Callum Wilson



Newcastle United remain interested in former Coventry City striker Callum Wilson despite his rising transfer value.
The Magpies would have to break their club transfer record fee - currently at £16m when Michael Owen was brought to St James' Park - to sign the striker from Bournemouth.
Coventry sold Sky Blues Academy graduate Wilson to Bournemouth for around £3million in July 2014 with a sell-on clause, believed to be around 15 per cent.
