New wood fired pizza restaurant Otto opens in Jewellery Quarter



A wood fired pizza restaurant has opened in the Jewellery Quarter - making it the latest independent to come to this rapidly developing city suburb.
Otto pizza, a 40-cover restaurant in Caroline Street, is the brainchild of Chris James, founder of the adjacent Eight Foot Grocer – so called because that’s how wide the loading bay to a former biscuit factory was.
Chris is currently celebrating the news that his deli has been voted one of the Midlands’ top ten by the BBC’s Good Food Show.
