New twist in fallout from £1.4m Derby sex scandal
 

Bosses at a national watchdog have been reprimanded in the continuing fallout from a Derby NHS sex scandal which cost the taxpayer £1.4m.
The Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO), which deals with complaints about NHS services, has been criticised in a top-level investigation. The probe was ordered after the head of the organisation, Dame Julie Mellor, was accused of failing to look into complaints about her second-in-command, Mick Martin.
