New Lincoln restaurant planned on site of old public toilets

A new restaurant venue is set to be created from two former public toilets in Lincoln.
Developer Paul Gray, from Grantham, is seeking change of use permission to convert the toilets at St Peter at Arches, off the High Street, into a restaurant.
The women's toilets occupied part of what had been a 19th century first floor reading room, and the gents' were in an extension off the ground floor.
