These images show how the council’s controversial £45m city centre roads revamp would look.
The scheme includes eight major projects including halving the lanes on the Strand and extending St George’s Hall plateau.

The Liverpool City Centre Connectivity Scheme (LCCC) aims to transform how people move around the city centre and will also see changes to Queen Square bus station which will be used for all northbound routes, while all southbound buses will go through the Paradise Street station.
