New cocktail bar Dirty Martini to open in former Birmingham bank



The former Viva Brazil restaurant site in Birmingham is to become a specialist cocktail house.
The two-floor ‘rodizio’ meat-carving restaurant closed in mid-July after just 14 months despite no expense having been spared on the £1.2 million development.
Now the former banking hall on the corner of Waterloo Street and Bennetts Hill is to swallow almost another £1 million.
CG Restaurant & Bars is to turn the site into a Dirty Martini bar after a planned investment of £950,000.
