New Brighton's Tav site up for sale - for £50k more now the pub has gone
 

The site of New Brighton nightclub The Tav is up for sale - and now pub has been reduced to rubble buyers will have to pay £50,000 more.
The ECHO reported yesterday that bulldozers have moved in at the Magazine Lane club, 17 months after it closed its doors.
The Tav was put up for sale last December for £250,000 and is now being advertised again through estate agents Bakewell & Horner - this time for offers over £300,000.
It says the 0.3 acre land is a “superb building plot”, adding it would make an “ideal residential development” for houses or apartments.
