Neil Warnock emerges as surprise contender for vacant St Mirren managerial position



Neil Warnock has emerged as a surprise contender for the vacanct St Mirren managerial post after Bill Davies ruled himself out of the job.
The former Sheffield United, Leeds and Queens Park Rangers manager is expected to speak to the Paisley club about the job this week.
The outspoken Englishman has a holiday home in Dunoon and recently told Sportsmail of his ambition to one day manage a club north of the Border.
