Nabbed Rhyl clown prankster turns out to be 'wanted man'

A clown on the loose in Rhyl terrifying passersby was stopped by police - and unmasked as a wanted man.
North Wales Police's PCSO Sabrina Illman, who covers the east of Rhyl area, was called to reports of a man donning a mask 'causing distress' in the Denbighshire town.
Ms Illman checked the man's details and discovered he was wanted.
The extraordinary arrest comes as r eports of "scary clowns" across North Wales continues to increase.
Pranksters dressed up as scary clowns have already been spotted in Llandudno Junction, Dwygyfylchi, Tal y Bont and Caernarfon .
