'My nukes make the world SAFER!' Kim Jong-un says North Korea is keeping WORLD PEACE

The world has watched nervously over the past year as the crackpot dictator ignored warnings and carried out multiple nuclear missile tests - an aggressive policy that has resulted in condemnation and sanctions.
America said Kim’s actions were “provocative and deeply concerning”, South Korea said it showed “maniacal recklessness” and even North Korea’s allies China said they “firmly opposed” the tests.
