Mum's outrage after John Lewis in Highcross, Leicester, charges her £1.25 for an APPLE

A mum has criticised the John Lewis store in Highcross, Leicester, for charging her £1.25 for an apple.
Kat Pattison said she could not believe it when she was charged for the single item of fruit at the in-store cafe in the department store.
Kat, from Leicester, bought the apple on Monday as a snack for her 15-month-old son.
But she was so troubled by the cost that she took to Facebook to complain about the price.
