Mum's delight after profoundly deaf little boy's £5k cochlear implant is found at bus depot
 

A little boy’s hearing implant feared lost on a bus has been found after an appeal.
Two-year-old Thomas Malseed, who was born profoundly deaf, underwent surgery in December to have a cochlear implant fitted.
And thanks to the £5,000 electronic device which replaces the function of the inner ear, he has been learning to talk with the help of a speech therapist.
So, as the M.E.N told last week, it was a major setback when the aid went missing.
