Mum praises health visitor for support during newborn daughter's operation
 

At just seven weeks old, newborn Rosie Blanks found herself in the operating theatre after she was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia.
Mum Lucy had only spent 30 minutes away from her daughter since her birth – and felt a deep wrenching in her stomach when the newborn was taken into the anaesthetic room.
But the 30-year-old, of West Bridgford, felt comforted as she had health visitor Nicola Lilley, who works for Nottinghamshire Healthcare, by her side.
