Mum leaves inquest in tears as dead daughter is branded "a disgrace" and "a joke” by fiancé



The fiancé of a mum-of-two who died after a cocaine overdose today said he felt “floored” when police arrested him on suspicion of her murder.
Craig Gould was detained by detectives investigating the sudden disappearance of Anita Stevenson, who remained missing for five weeks.
An inquest into the 39-year-old’s death had already heard how the mum, who lived in Birkenhead, would regularly take cocaine, ran up drug debts and was having a sexual affair with Daniel Bowen, a man she first through Facebook Messenger.
