Move to bring striker Jack Smith back to East Kilbride falls through
 

EAST KILBRIDE'S hopes to bring last season's top scorer, Jack Smith, back to K-Park has fallen through.
Smith, who scored 34 goals for Kilby last season, joined Stenhousemuir in the summer after rejecting the chance to stay on at the Lowland League side.
However, last week EK gaffer Martin Lauchlan came close to agreeing a deal to bring back the prolific striker on a loan deal, but they failed to reach an agreement with the Warriors.
