Motorway death crash: 'It's arrogant and dangerous to use a mobile phone while driving'
 

It's against the law to drive while using a mobile phone – and for good reason. But still you see them almost daily – the flagrant law-breakers looking into their laps at the wheel, or they have something up to their ear (their phones) as they drive and chat away, with no thought for others.
Most days they might get away with it, and they don't cause an accident, but that is by luck and not judgement. If ever people needed a reminder about why it is dangerous to use a mobile phone and drive then the case of Swadlincote lorry driver Keith Mees is it.
