Motorists warned of fresh delays as Middlesbrough road scheme moves on
 

Motorists are being warned of delays as the second phase of major road works are set to start.
Traffic signals at the junction of A171 Cargo Fleet Lane and A1085 Longlands Road, Middlesbrough – known locally as the Brambles Farm junction – were upgraded earlier this year.
The next stage of the works which are aimed at improving traffic flow involves the widening of Cargo Fleet Lane at its junction with Cranmore Road and is due to be carried out early next year.
