Mother stops donations after doctors say her son can’t be saved
 

The mum of a terminally ill boy has called for a halt in donations to a fundraising campaign for her son after she was told he could no longer be saved. 
A fundraising campaign, set up for five-year-old Josh McCormack to raise money for potentially life-saving treatment, managed to raise almost £20,000 in less than 24 hours.
But yesterday night, parents Nicola and Kev, from Rochdale, said Josh’s condition had taken a turn for the worst and nothing more could be done to save him.
