More icy conditions forecast for Cumbria and south of Scotland



A new warning has been issued by the Met Office today as the wintry conditions continue.
The Met Office yellow warning for ice is valid throughout the day and overnight, until 11am Friday.
Ice is once again set to be a widespread hazard for large parts of the UK, particularly on untreated roads and pavements that could become slippery.
Snow is predicted to fall across large parts of Scotland, including Dumfries and Galloway and the Scottish Borders.
