Monarch Airlines has to meet this Friday deadline - or it won't be allowed to sell any more package holidays
 

Monarch Airlines has until this Friday to reapply for a licensing certificate - or it will be banned from selling any more package holidays.
Passengers already abroad or booked to travel after Friday will still be protected if the licence is not renewed as the government-backed ATOL scheme - which compensates travellers in full and ensures they don’t get stranded abroad - is already in place for them.
