Mold man faces Greek jail for 13 year old crime he claims he did not commit



A father-of-two from Mold faces 15 months in a Greek jail for a crime he has been convicted but claims he did not commit.
Paul Wright, 35, claims he did not event know he had been charged with the motoring offence and was shocked to learn he had been convicted in his absence.
Mr Wright was on holiday with four friends in Malia, Crete on May 17 2003 when the offence he claims one of his friends committed happened.
In March this year he was served with a European arrest warrant at his home and told he cannot contest the original conviction because it is now out of time.
