Millions of drivers at risk of £1,000 for failing to make this vital check
 

Millions of drivers in Britain could be at risk of a hefty fine for failing to get their eyes checked regularly. 
New research from ClickMechanic, found a third of British drivers fail to regularly get their eyes checked. 
NHS recommends suggest that people’s eyesight should be checked every two years. 
According to the research, 69 per cent of drivers are adhering to this while 31 per cent are getting it checked considerably less regularly. 
Of these, worryingly, six per cent of drivers admit to never having their eyes tested.
