Millionaire used photocopy of mum’s disabled badge to park Mercedes
 

A multi-millionaire used a copy of his mother’s old disabled car badge to park for free on double yellows. 
Property developer Errol Lipman, 58, lives in a London mansion near Hampstead Heath worth £7.5 million.
But he has now pleaded guilty to fraud by false representation after sticking a photocopy of the badge (which had expired in any case) in the windscreen of his £34,000 red Mercedes.
He was caught after parking the car across a resident bay and double-yellow lines in Fairlawn Avenue, East Finchley on 9 January 2017.
