Mike Phelan agrees to become Hull City manager



Mike Phelan has finally agreed terms on a deal to become the permanent manager of Hull City after 83 days in caretaker charge at the KCOM Stadium.
Phelan has held positive talks with vice chairman Ehab Allam in the last 72 hours and is expected to be confirmed as Steve Bruce's long-term successor ahead of Saturday's trip to Bournemouth.
