Mike Ford is back in business with Toulon after his axing at Bath: Even the best coaches in the world get sacked 



It was a conversation with his youngest son, Jacob, which convinced Mike Ford not to quit coaching altogether after the powerbrokers at Bath handed over his P45.
Sacked after a calamitous season, Ford drove out of Farleigh House, Bath's training ground, asking whether the stress on his family – including England No 10 George - was really worth it.
