Migrant madness: Non-EU citizens get freedom of Europe because Brussels can't agree a plan
 

The EU recently granted visa-free travel to all countries hoping to join the bloc - meaning Turkish, Albanian, Serbian, Albanian, Macedonian and Montenegrin citizens can travel without restriction despite not being member states.
Special dispensation was also given to Georgia and Ukraine, meaning their citizens can also benefit from the free movement agreement. 
This decision sparked concern and calls for emergency restrictions to be introduced in the event of the free pass policy being exploited.
