Middleton Hall's ancient barn could become visitor and education centre



AN IMPORTANT historic building near Sutton could be transformed into a visitor and education centre if vital grant money is obtained.
The Tudor barn, a Grade II listed building located next to Middleton Hall, is hundreds of years old and requires a substantial amount of money and time to give it the much-needed makeover that it deserves.
Now staff and restoration trustees are hoping that a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund will allow them to create a centre for tens of thousands of guests to enjoy every year.
