Middlesbrough man arrested on suspicion of illegal hare coursing
 

A Middlesbrough man has been arrested in Lincolnshire on suspicion of hare coursing.
He was apprehended on Sunday, as part of “Operation Galileo”.
The operation saw officers from Lincolnshire joined by specialist units from elsewhere in the country.
In total, there were 28 incidents of hare coursing reported by members of the public.
Four dogs and a car were also seized.
Three men from Leicestershire and Wales were also arrested.
