Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar wows diners at MemSaab's record-breaking charity night
 

The master of Indian cuisine Atul Kochhar showcased his talents in Nottingham at a restaurant's record-breaking charity evening.
The twice Michelin-starred chef designed the menu for MemSaab's annual event – a sell-out success with 185 guests.
Diners paid £100 a head for the four-course feast of tiger prawns, sea bass with mappas sauce, chargrilled lamb chops and dol with textures of pear and blackberry and entertainment.
