Met Office cancel weather warning as Spanish Plume heads for UK



The Met Office has now cancelled its yellow weather warning for rain as a Spanish Plume heads for the UK.
Earlier this week, forecasters at the weather HQ sent out a warning of flash floods thanks to predicted spells of heavy showers and high winds.
But just as we were all getting used to the idea of a weekend inside by the fire, the Met Office have cancelled their alert.
And there will be no excuse for not getting out and enjoying an autumnal walk in the sunshine as warming winds from Spain could push up temperatures as we go into October.
