Men accused of killing Laurence French expected to go on trial next year
 

Two men accused of killing Laurence French are expected to go on trial next year.
Christopher Wayne Dalziell, 39, and Damien Michael Bishop, 41, have not yet entered pleas to charges of manslaughter and robbery.
They are expected to return to court to enter pleas later this month, with a trial on January 16 next year.
They both appeared via video link to custody - Holme House Prison for Bishop, Durham Prison for Dalziell.
Judge Simon Bourne-Arton QC, the Recorder of Middlesbrough, said the charges would be put to them at a further hearing on October 17.
