AT THE mention of whisky expert, I’m thinking cosy howff, tweed and whiskers.
Surely holding forth on Islay malts is a job for a sweater-wearing chap of a certain age? One who is comfortably built and talks about sherry casks until he topples off his bar stool.
Rachel McCormack, on the other hand, is a tiny woman in leopard-print boots and a dinosaur brooch.
