Marmite maker Unilever confident Tesco dispute will be 'resolved quickly'



A boss at the firm which makes Marmite has said he hopes a dispute with Tesco over raising the price of its products will be "resolved very quickly".
Graeme Pitkethly, finance chief at Unilever, made the claim following the supermarket giant's decision to stop stocking products made by the firm - including Marmite, which is made at its Wellington Road factory, in Burton.
He said he was confident that the dispute would be resolved, adding that other Unilever customers had accepted the price hikes.
