Market Harborough Building Society's new deals on landlord lets to close family members

Landlords  who want to let their properties to a close family member now have a wider choice of deals.
Most lenders do not allow landlords to do this because they fear it is more difficult to evict a family member who fails to pay rent.
But Market Harborough Building Society's new deal allows landlords to let the property to their son or daughter, a sibling or parents.
It joins a handful of other lenders, such as Mansfield BS and Melton Mowbray BS, that offer similar loans.
